Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to once again, as they did with Dele Alli last year, unearth a gem from the lower leagues of English football. Only this time, they’re going way, way, way lower — reportedly to the National League South, the sixth tier in England, for Ebbsfleet United attacker Shilow Tracey.
